What counts as a lead?
A lead is any inquiry submitted through drestates that includes a name, contact info, and a stated interest in a specific property or zone. We do not count spam or incomplete submissions.
How does featured placement work?
Professional and Elite agents appear in the Featured Agents section on the homepage and in the agent strip on listing detail pages within their specialist zone. Placement rotates weekly among featured agents in each tier. Elite agents always appear above Professional.
What is the featured listing slot?
A featured listing gets a gold border, Featured badge, and pinned position at the top of search results and zone pages. Professional subscriptions include one slot; Elite includes two. You choose which listing to feature each month.
Is the first month really free?
Yes. We ask for your card on file when you sign up for Professional or Elite, and your first 30 days are billed at $0. You're charged on day 31. Cancel before then and you owe nothing. We do this instead of a no-card free trial because it filters for agents who are serious — and it means you get full featured placement from day one, not a watered-down preview.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Your featured placement and listing slots remain active through the end of the billing period.
Do I need to be DGII-licensed?
Yes. Every agent on drestates must hold a valid DGII real estate license. We verify this during onboarding. Agents without a current license are not listed.
