By accessing or using the drestates platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
Platform description
drestates is a property listing and information platform. We connect buyers with licensed Dominican Republic real estate agents. We do not act as a real estate broker and do not represent either party in a transaction.
Listing accuracy
Listings on drestates are provided by licensed agents and are believed to be accurate at time of publication. Prices, availability, and property details are subject to change. drestates does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing and is not responsible for errors or omissions.
Legal services
Legal services offered through drestates are provided by independent Dominican Republic-licensed attorneys. These services are optional and are contracted separately from any property listing. drestates is not a law firm and does not practice law.
User conduct
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You may not submit false information, impersonate another person, or use the platform to collect user data for commercial purposes without express written consent.
Limitation of liability
drestates is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, reliance on listing information, or transactions conducted with agents or attorneys connected through the platform. All transactions are conducted between the buyer and the relevant agent or attorney.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Dominican Republic courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
